Pathfinder Camporee: 30 July - 3 August 2025

As suggested on their website, Phasels Wood offers a range of activities that are loved by our Adventurers and Pathfinders. The Club directors will be able to choose some of these activities before the event.

How much? 

Adventurer Camporee
Little Lamb/Early Bird £50.
Adventurer £90. 
Adults £70 (i.e Club staff, cooks, parents, etc). No fee for children 3 years old and under. 
All Pathfinder Aged Children £70.

Pathfinder Camporee
Pathfinder £140. 
Adults £100 (i.e Club staff, cooks, parents, etc). No fee for children 3 years old and under. 
All Adventurer Aged Children £70.

Does the Camporee Fee include Food?
SEC Camporees never include food. Everyone cooks and caters for themselves.

Does the Camporee Fee include transport from my home to the Venue?

No. The Club and attendees need to organise among themselves to get to the venue and back home safely. This is not included in any of our registration fees.

Does attending Camporee require a DBS?

Yes, all those over 16 years old who will camp need a valid DBS certificate.

What do you do now? 
Complete the Individual Attendee Form and sign the Parent Consent section. Give it to your Club Director.

When to pay? 

Make note of the information below and consult with your Club Director/Leader:
NEW Deposit Deadline: 14th May 2025

NEW Full payment deadline: 06th June 2025

After the 30th of April, the 'DEPOSIT' Option will be removed. You can still pay the OUTSTANDING BALANCE (in case you have already paid the deposit) or the FULL FEE PAYMENT. (In case you have not paid the deposit)

PLEASE NOTE THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds on deposits paid to the venue. (Check item 4 in the link)

Payments can still be made after the final deadline date, on the 30th May 2025, if there are still vacancies and up to the organisers' discretion. However, all late payments will incur a late fee of £15 per person (On top of the initial prices)

How to pay?

For payments, please pay directly to your Club Treasurers/Leaders. They will submit a collective payment in the following ways:

Visiting the SEC Pathfinder Shop website. Camporee Payment

OR 

Paying directly to the SEC Treasury via the local church treasurer. (WHEN GOING WITH THIS OPTION, ENSURE THAT YOU  SUBMIT THE 'CAMPOREE PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT' and 'PROOF OF PAYMENT' FROM YOUR BANK, AND EMAIL IT TO THE SEC PATHFINDER OFFICE. The CAMPOREE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAYMENT can be found at secpathfinders.com/camporee. PLEASE NOTE, UNLESS WE RECEIVE PROOF OF PAYMENT, THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID AND YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED FOR CAMPOREE.

Please use Code: 'Camporee2025' as reference when making direct Bank Transfers. 

What about Club Insurance
Ensure your club has the annual Club Insurance for 2025 (starting in April 2025) for the number of club members in your club. This is to cover your club against medical emergencies, death, dismemberment, etc.
