Who Are Camporee Volunteers
The success of Camporees depend on Volunteers to help with awards, activities, setup, maintenance and even security. 

Who Can Volunteer
Volunteers can be:
- Qualified Master Guides
- M.I.Ts  : MITs need to fulfill some of their requirements at a Conference-led Event
- Level 4 TLTs: Level 4 TLTs Can gain experience in the leadership protocol.
- PLPs
- Pathfinder Experienced Club Staff (over 18)
- Skilled (for what is needed at Camporee) Adults over 18 

What do I need to Volunteer
- Be Over 18 yrs Old (Unless you are a Level 4 TLT who serve jointly with an adult)
- Have a Current DBS Certificate
- Have completed KCFS Training in the last 3 years/ or will be attending one before Camporee
- Qualify from any of the Volunteer Categories above.

Volunteer Forms and Payment
- Complete Volunteer Form by Monday 10 April 2023.  See on the right or at the bottom of the page or Click Here. Please follow instructions on the form carefully.
- Volunteers pay half price £40 per person. Please note that no-one pays to come to Camporee, however every attendee contributes to the success of the Camp.   Volunteers also contribute to the success of the camp. The following conditions apply:
1. The expectation from SEC Pathfinders and Adventurers Department is that all volunteers camp and eat with their clubs, at their club allocated spaces. (Please indicate below if your club is coming)
2. If your club is not coming, we will have a designated Staff Camping area on the site.
3. Payment for all SEC Staff Volunteers are £40.00 for Adventurer Camporee. Please note that no-one pays to come to Camporee, however every attendee contributes to the success of the Camp.   Volunteers also contribute to the success of the camp. We appreciate the work that Volunteers do by reducing their  camp contribution.

4. Although we will ask you to choose to Volunteer in your preferred designation, that is not guaranteed and may move you to a different designation that needs help.
5. Please consider volunteering carefully, because SEC Pathfinders and Adventurers Department expect your full commitment to the task that is assigned to you. (PLEASE CONSIDER  IF VOLUNTEERING IS FOR YOU. IF YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CLUB AS WELL, MEANS YOU MAY NOT BE FULLY COMMITTED TO THE SEC TASK).
6. You are required to indicate a First and Second choice volunteer area below. Please note that if your first choice is fully booked, we may need to put you in your second choice. If any of those are not available we will make contact with you to discuss other options.
